Terms of Service

By using ProxyTracer ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Send malicious DDoS traffic to our endpoints.

We reserve the right to instantly suspend or terminate API keys that violate these rules.

2. Billing and Refunds

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for absolute accuracy, we do not warrant that our threat detection will catch 100% of malicious proxies or that the service will be entirely uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProxyTracer is an informational security tool. You expressly understand and agree that ProxyTracer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or unauthorized access to your own platform.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address associated with your account.
